BARRAGAN ASSOCIATES TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

These Barragan Associates Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) are between Barragan Associates (“the Seller”) and a recipient (the "Buyer") of a Barragan Associates service or product from the services and products menu published on the Seller’s website or catalog menu (and/or as an end user of the Seller’ web site located at www.barraganassociates.com/services or any successor site) (the “Site”). Changes in law or changes in the Seller's business may require changes to be made to the Agreement from time to time, so the Seller encourages you the Buyer to review the Agreement periodically for any such changes. By accessing the Site, sending information to the Seller or ordering products or services from the Seller (whether through the Site, the Catalog, personally by mail, by fax or by phone,) the Buyer agrees to be bound to the Agreement. If you do not agree with any term in the Agreement, your sole recourse is to discontinue your use of the Site and/or the Catalog.

T ERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Barragan Associates offers the items described in the Catalog and on the Site (the “Products”) for sale at the prices set forth in the Catalog or on the Site, as applicable (subject to revision of such prices by Barragan Associates from time to time). No document issued by the Buyer attempting to negate or otherwise modify the terms of the Agreement, including any purchase order or request for proposal, shall be binding upon Barragan Associates and instead the Agreement, including any special terms and conditions set forth separately by written agreement shall exclusively govern the sale of products and provision of services to Buyer by Barragan Associates.

Barragan Associates provides Products and services in accordance with the specified description of such services published on the Site and in accordance to the Buyer's final agreement of purchase when closing or paying for a transaction. In addition to the prices or service fees, shipping charges (where applicable), documentation and handling fees may apply to certain service items. If so, the Seller will clearly notify the Buyer of these charges before accepting an order or purchase.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
When purchasing from Barragan Associates, the Buyer fully understands that he, or she is purchasing an intangible item, and accepts our no money back condition of sale. The Buyer further understands the concept, scope, and value of the product or service purchased and, therefore, agrees that in an event of a dispute regarding any of our services, our only obligation will be limited a refund in the form of credit towards future services. Specific rules regarding pricing, discount or refunds are clearly defined in the prices and fees section of the Site.
